Kanafeh

One of the greatest of all Lebanese pastries is knafeh jibneh with orange blossom syrup. Knafeh is shredded phyllo dough which is filled here with a wonderful cheese blend for a melty, salty-sweet (mostly sweet . . . ) pastry.
